The Lakes Golf Course and Country Club
Delaware County, OhioHighland Lakes is sculpted from more than 1,000 acres of rolling countryside where 600 homes are strategically set within the area's tranquil woods, along its 13 lakes, and around the Lakes Golf and Country Club designed by Ed Snead. EMH&T provided the engineering, planning and zoning of this project in connection with Planned Communities. Our team attended public meetings and made presentations with the client to Genoa and Orange Townships, Delaware County Regional Planning and the Delaware County Engineer’s Office.
